After news broke on Tuesday, April 21, that Jessa Duggar is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald, sister-in-law Anna Duggar (wife of Jessa's older brother Josh) took to Instagram to congratulate the 19 Kids and Counting star on her baby joy — something Anna is also experiencing now. Anna, who's due to welcome her fourth child with Josh this July, shared a baby bump photo of herself, Jessa, and Jessa's older sister Jill, who gave birth to her first child on April 6.
