The “Wrecking Ball” singer, 22, saluted her musical idol, Joan Jett, at the 30th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio, sporting some serious armpit hair.
Dressed in a sleeveless black crop top, Cyrus displayed her long armpit hair and assemblage of tattoos at the podium. If her look wasn’t already bold enough, she really woke up the audience with her speech. "I'm going to start off this induction with the first time I wanted to have sex with Joan Jett," she opened.
