The way to Lily Aldridge‘s heart is through her stomach. The Victoria’s Secret Angel chatted with Us Weekly‘s beauty director, Gwen Flamberg, about her marriage to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill during an in-store appearance in New York City on Feb. 6.
“Cooking dinner is very romantic and gets you lots of points. My husband cooks,” the 27-year-old, 5-foot-9 model said of the “Sex on Fire” singer, 31. “Whenever he cooks me dinner, I think it’s very romantic.”

Aldridge hopes Followill makes her favorite meal this Valentine’s day. “He does amazing steaks that are really delicious,” she raved.
Married since May 2011, the couple are parents to 8-month-old daughter Dixie Pearl. Despite her appreciation for Followill’s cooking, Aldridge got her post-baby body back in shape in time for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in November 2012. “I worked out really hard and I ate really healthy and took care of myself,” she told Us. “But being a mom was no No. 1 priority during the whole process.”
During Aldridge’s interview, she also revealed how men can spice up their love lives this Valentine’s Day. “Victoria’s Secret is the perfect one-stop shop. You come in here and you get your lingerie, you can get your Very Sexy Temptations perfume, and then you get a free box of chocolates,” she said. “She’s gonna feel sexy and womanly, and it’s amazing.”
