Decisions, decisions. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday, Oct. 15, James Marsden was asked by a fan to play a special edition of “Marry, Shag, Kill.” Rather than choose from a trio of Hollywood’s hottest actresses, however — for example, fellow WWHL guest Minnie Driver — the Best of Me star was given three hunky men as options.

“If you were gay, who would you shag, who would you kill, and who would you marry?” the caller asked, offering up Andy Cohen, Anderson Cooper, and Neil Patrick Harris as choices.

Host Cohen laughed, calling it the “most ridiculously hypothetical” situation ever, but Marsden — who has two kids with ex-wife Lisa Linde and a son with former flame Rose Costa — was game to play along. “I only want to do two of them to you,” he told Cohen sweetly, to a chorus of “awwws” from the audience.

After thinking a moment, the X-Men actor continued: “He’s a wonderful human being, but I would kill Neil Patrick Harris. He’s a talented, wonderful guy, but I have to choose someone, right? So you’re gonna lose someone.”

As for the other two? “I think that I would marry Anderson, which means that I would…shag you,” he said, turning to Cohen, who is besties with the handsome CNN anchor.

Later during the show, Marsden, 41, was asked by another caller about his most embarrassing moment while shooting a movie. He referenced The Box, which had come up earlier in the evening when a fan phoned in to ask, essentially, why he did the widely panned the 2009 thriller in the first place.

“There’s a scene with Cameron Diaz and I, where we’re lying in bed face-to-face. It’s not an intimate scene — I mean, it’s an intimate talk scene, but it’s not a sexual scene,” he began.

Cohen, 46, interrupted, joking, “You got boned up?” To which Marsden quipped, “Easy, fella, I’m takin’ you home tonight.”

Then, continuing his story, he explained, “I got terribly ill, had to go to the bathroom and throw up, and had to go back. And I said, ‘Let’s do this another time.’ And Cameron was like, ‘No, no, no, it’s fine. Let’s do it.’ She was game. But I was embarrassed. I brushed my teeth, did the whole thing, she said, ‘Let’s do it.’ But I was like breathing on her with vomit breath.”
