Fourth time's the charm?

After three botched breast augmentations, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub sought the help of plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Fiorillo to fix her "uneven" boobs.

"She was very upset with her breasts," Fiorillo told UsMagazine.com while visiting our Manhattan offices Tuesday.

In Staub's case, going under the knife was necessary because "scar tissue formed around the breast implant and that makes the implants hard, cold and deformed…the right one was almost up by her neck!"

The surgery — which was documented on the June 21 episode — left the aspiring singer feeling more confident than ever.

"She was extremely pleased with her surgery," Fiorillo tells Us of Staub, who went from a "full B cup" to a size C. "She liked the size. She liked how they were soft."

But while Fiorillo appaluds Staub's new assets, he worries fellow reality star Heidi Montag has gone too far.

"Heidi Montag went extremely too big," he says. "I thought… before she had them [made] bigger she looked great. She's just too big now."
