The writers of Chelsea Lately are used to being in the presence of high profile guests like Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow, but it wasn't until Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl invited them to his concert that Jen Kirkman lost her cool.
In a sneak preview from Sunday's all-new episode of After Lately, Kirkman, 37, first tries to get Grohl's attention by bombarding him with a series of tweets. Though Grohl never responds, that doesn't dampen her spirits.
Once backstage, an excited Kirkman takes a whiff of Grohl's gloves and exclaims: "He wears this on his wrists! It smells like teen spirit!"

Though her fellow writers Brad Wollack, Sarah Colonna and Chris Franjola beg Kirkman to "keep it together" before Grohl enters the room, she struggles to maintain her composure. Much to her surprise, Grohl doesn't share her excitement.
"What's she doing here?" a startled Grohl, 42, asks. "You tweeted me like 10 times on the way here. I think I'm gonna call security."
