Chris Colfer didn't get an invite to Naya Rivera's surprise nuptials to Ryan Dorsey earlier this month. In fact, like Rivera's fans, he didn't even know a wedding was happening! The Glee actor talked about his costar's big day during an appearance on Access Hollywood on Wednesday, July 30.
"No! I didn't know! But I was very happy for her," Colfer, 24, told Billy Bush and guest host Jack Osbourne. "They are a cute couple. I think she's very happy."
Asked if he had reached out to Rivera since her big day, he replied, "I said, 'Congratulations, that's great.' I didn't know it was real at first. I wasn't sure if I should congratulate because you never know what's real anymore."

As previously reported, Rivera married actor Dorsey in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on July 19. But she's not the only Glee star with news in the romance department; a few weeks before Rivera's wedding, Lea Michele stepped out with her new boyfriend, Matthew Paetz.
"I have not met him but I remember her talking about him," Colfer said of Michele. "I'm very happy for her."
