Carrie Underwood performed to a massive crowd at Washington State’s Watershed Festival at The Gorge on Sunday, Aug. 2, and had two very special VIPs in attendance: husband Mike Fisher, and the couple’s 5-month-old son, Isaiah. In one of her select appearances since welcoming her baby boy in February, Underwood, 32, wowed an outdoor crowd at The Gorge, while Fisher and Isaiah enjoyed some father-son bonding time.

“My boys…checking out the world through the bus window,” Underwood Instagrammed before Sunday’s concert, posting a sweet candid photo of Fisher, 35, supporting their son while he peeks outside.
A new perspective is just what Underwood gained in the months since giving birth. Last month, the singer and Calia by Carrie activewear designer had quite the scare when realizing that her baby — and the family’s dogs — were locked in the car during an errand run. “What are the chances,” the level-headed mom, who was forced to break into her car to make the rescue, tweeted after the scary event.
Underwood also found that birthdays have a different meaning when you’re a mom. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! My 1st present = late night date with a tiny semi-bald chubby dude who likes to grunt & cry & pass gas! #bestgiftever,” she tweeted after turning 32 on March 10, giving her little “chubby dude” a shoutout.
